Dr Joe Mays on BBC Spotlight – Lung Cancer Awareness

Joe featured on BBC spotlight yesterday to talk about the importance of going to your GP with symptoms of lung cancer. The pandemic has had a big affect on patients coming forward and we are trying to spread the message out to the South West; if you are experiencing symptoms that could represent the early stages of lung cancer, particularly among smokers, such as weight loss, unexplained loss of appetite, a persistent cough or shortness of breath, please contact your GP surgery.
