Macmillan have launched their “What Matters to Me” e-learning module, which is aimed at health and social care professionals working with people with cancer.
The e-learning outlines why “What Matters to Me” is important and offers support in developing Personalised Care outcomes and adds traction to the drive to improve standards.
The e- learning provides the opportunity to hear patient lived experiences and to learn from other colleagues, as well as exploring the principles of having personalised care conversations to ensure a persons care and support plans reflects what matter to them.
